Trying to locate a finishing company that can do hard anodizing

Our company is an importer of metal products. We currently have an aluminum fastener (2024-T4) being produced in Taiwan. Unfortunately, they cannot do the required coating so I am trying to locate a company that can help. We are located in California, Ventura County. Looking for hard anodize, class 2 (dyed) type 111 .002 thick minimum, black.
