Need Protected Silver Plating for Reflectors [Florida]

We are a renewable energy company in Florida. We need to find someone that can provide protected silver plating for some light reflectors. The reflectors are made of aluminum (9" diameter). The objective is to plate the surface to a mirror finish that can reflect light with at least 95% reflectivity coefficient. The reason, we need the protected silver is that the reflectors need to last about 25 years.

Any ideas?
