Seeking Painting Vendors To Support CARC / Mil-DTL-64159 Requirement within 250 mi. of Charlotte

I need to locate painting vendors to support a large CARC (Mil-DTL-64159 Waterborne Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) requirement. They need to be located within 250 of Charlotte North Carolina.

The following finishing description is typical as required by vendors.

Finishing Process Elements/Steps:
-Pre-Wash
-Water Break Test (ref: Surface Cleanliness)
-Sand Blast Per NAC 3 Classification (Near White)
-Pre-Paint Preparation (mask, plug, etc.)
-Prime
-Final Coat

Note: Basic Facility Requirements to include ISO: 9000:2001, CARC Certification or Compliant
