Zirconium coating on aluminium

I would like to understand the technique of zirconium coating on aluminum for electrocoagulation of sewage.

Why, Ram? You'll always get much better answers here if you tell us whether you are a student doing a research project, or a potential buyer, or someone trying to manufacture the item yourself. Please tell us your situation. In the meanwhile, I think you will find that the zirconium is applied to the aluminum by cladding, as opposed to any method of coating. I believe you will find that sheets of zirconium are autoclaved to sheets of aluminum, then rolled down to thickness. I could be wrong, but if we don't hear to the contrary from someone, then I'm probably not :-)
