Hi, Abbas. Phosphoric acid is probably the most commonly used acid for electropolishing copper. But electropolishing is too complicated to explain in a paragraph in a public forum. Try to get hold of a copy of the Electroplating Engineering Handbook, which has an excellent chapter on electropolishing. Good luck.
