Need white or silver-gray semi-gloss E-coating

We're looking for an e-coater who is set up to do white, and maybe silver-gray... preferably semi-gloss. It seems that black is "standard" and most e-coating lines are too large to set up for custom colors.
So we either need an e-coater who runs a white line white regularly, or who has a lower volume line that is relatively easy to change over. (that could be problematic with white.)
Alternatively, any ideas for setting up a "micro-line" for e-coating in house? the parts are 1/2" dia x 25" max., coating 10,000 to 50,000 pc per year.
