IAW ASTM B545 Tin plating needed

Trying to find someone in the S.E. Michigan area that can tin plate to the following specs:

Tin plate, class Cu/Sn 5,
IAW ASTM B545

That's exactly what is on my print to quote from and so I can't answer if it's a bright or matte finish or does the spec determine that.

The parts are .187" X 1.00" X 7.50" Copper 110
Qty: 4330
