Spec silver plating

We have a requirement for a spec silver plater who can plate a 6" o.d. copper tube with a 13" o.d. flange on one end, and with a length of 18 feet. Silver plateing to be in accordance with QQS-365, and must be to a thickness of 200-400 microinches.
