Need Metal Front Panel of Oven Repainted

I have a Metal Front oven panel on my built in GE Oven. I want to have it repainted, refinished. It is now dark brown and I want to change it to be white.

What type of painting, refinishing should I have done to it. And what type of place should I take it to. Does it need any kind of special treatment because it is the front panel to an oven? It gets warm, but not "hot" when the oven is in use.
