Rubber roller for tape test

I am currently looking for a roller that complies with FED-STD-141. The specs calls out for a 4 lbs rubber roller with a hardness of 70-80 using a Shore "A" durometer. Please advise.

I purchase my -141 rollers from a company called Gardco in FL. They also calibrate these rollers and ship w/cert, if required.
