Blisters on zinc plated sheet metal

Dear Sir,
we are in sheet metal parts, wherein zinc plating is carried out simultaniously,
in past 1 year we had a problem of BLISTERING, and this was stopped due to stabilization of processes, recently we have observed this problem back.
so could you giude me to do root cause analysis on blister occurence.
do share with me your experience for such kind of problems.

Hi, Kirtikumar. The single most common cause of blistering would be inadequate cleaning.

As Ted Mooney said improper cleaning only leads to blistering problem. Improve your cleaning process and try.
