-----Coating Copper Cookware Interior
I have copper cookware with an interior coating to prevent copper from leaching into the food. The coating has worn away after years of use. I want to reapply a proper coating but do not know what the material is and where or how to get it done.

I have used copper cookware having a thin tin coating on the food side. This was probably applied by either electroplating, or by hot application using a plasma spray, or actually applying molten tin to a flux cleaned copper surface (like soldering). The tin adheres well, and is non-toxic (although copper has been shown to be more beneficial than harmful to humans).

A Williams Sonoma retail location should be able to supply you with a name of a company who will electroplate your copper cookware and return it in "like new" condition. I had the same problem and they had the answer.

I want some patent about primary data of column and agitation leaching of copper.
Thank you,
