Protection for outdoor plaster/concrete sculpture

I work at a WWII History Museum with three sculptures made by German prisoners of war who were interred in a POW camp in our town. They are in the museum's outdoor courtyard. There are small cracks in the sculptures. Could anyone suggest a product that could be sprayed or applied for protection?
