Leaching gold 24 hours...how about electro motor?

I read many articles , and gold must leach until 24 hours

gold ore + NACN + O2 +H2O == Gold Ore + Sodium Cyanide + Oxygen + Water

Agitated by motor until 24 hours...

The Question....?
There is no Electro motor can work until 24 Hours...?
Maximum until 12 Hours...?
How to do that...?
