Removing Black Stain from High Tensile Allen Bolt [India]

Can any one sugest, how to remove black strain from high tensile allen bolts before zinc plating.

Hi, Suhail. Bead blast the stain away, and then plate, and you'll remove the potential problems of cleaning and acid activation.

If you have a lot of volume, I suggest a mass finishing system; however, if the stain is in the recessed head, go with the blasting.
