Want cyanide free copper and brass plating processes

I am working in a plating shop Chennai, India. I want to know cyanide free plating process available for copper and brass.Our basic raw material is zinc diecast components.Pollution control board authorites insisted us to go for cyanide-free process.

Hi, Thyagarajan. There are cyanide-free copper plating processes designed for zinc die-castings. Our supporting advertiser EPI / Electrochemical Products Inc. [a finishing.com supporting advertiser] is one company specializing in that. Cyanide-free brass probably needs to be plated on top of nickel which is in turn on top of the cyanide-free copper. Our supporting advertiser Zinex is one supplier.
