Chemical reaction of cold phosphating [India]

Sir,
I am working with a furniture industry. We have cold phosphating process for CRCA sheet . Chromating process for Aluminum material . Please explain to me detailed chemical reaction for both of the procesess.

Now we are in the trial of nano technology (common for CRCA and Aluminum ) so can you give me more information related to nano technology.
