How to electropolish H13 steel [Venezuela]

Hello, need some help about how to electropolish H13 steel... thanks

Hi,
I have limited experience in electropolishing (EP) but I know that chemical composition of H-13 is not well suited for EP (too much carbon which is insoluble and forms a very adherent smut). Maybe you should consider mechanical polishing instead.
