Manufacturing of Gas Cutting Nozzles [India]

I would like to enquire about the manufacturing technique for ANM gas cutting nozzles , since the hole are not uniform throughout its length ( Delaval Curve), I think conventional machining will not work out.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the method of manufacturing, if so please could you detail it out for my reference.
