Need fabricator for supplier/perforated Aluminum Cylinder [Massachusetts]

Looking for a supplier/fabricator for 14'L X 2.1"Dia cylinder 300 parts gauge .063 slotted/staggered perforation.
Possible chrome surface both side.
Outdoor application. Will be used on building in Miami area as part of curtainwall application.
