Looking for Sources for Finish 1.8.1 of MIL-Std-171 [Michigan]

I am quoting components requiring a protective finish of 1.8.1 ASTM B545 or finish 1.4.2 thickness .0003 per Mil-Std-171. Are there any qualified sources who can perform either process in the Great Lakes Area?
