Formulation Required about the Zinc Phosphate for MS [Pakistan]

Respected Sir,

I need the Zinc Phosphating manufacturing formulation guidance for MS metals.

Is there any Phosphater that changes no color and saves the metals from Rust for a year.

Hi, Wasim. The best ones are trade secret formulations and no one will give them to you, but you can search expired patents for good starting points. Phosphatizing treatments are not designed to be colorless and they are not designed to offer significant corrosion protection without paint though. I think you may be looking for something like a clearcoat rather than zinc phosphatizing.
