Need Titration Chemicals or Kit for Copper Electroforming Bath [Washington]

I represent a craft school metals department and our electroforming bath is not performing well. I need to find a titration kit I can buy , or the chemicals needed to test the levels of sulfuric acid and copper sulfate in our bath.
