Problems electropolishing 316L

HELLO,

I AM USING A SOLUTION FOR EP THAT IS FOR "ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS" A PURCHASED BLEND AND I AM HAVE NO TROUBLE WITH ALUMINUM ,BUT THE 316L IS GIVING ME ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS LOOKS LIKE GAS OR AIR BUBBLES ON THE SURFACE THE PARTS ARE .094DIA AND 10INCHS LONG THE PART IS RACKED ON AN ALUMINUM RACK FACING VERTICAL N THE TANK I RUN THEM AT 140F AND 20VOLTS FOR 3 MINS FOR BEST RESULTS AND LOWER TEMP AND VOLTS THE PROBLEMS GET BAD! ANY HELP WOULD GREAT!
