Need painting of my blue fin spectrum 1509 aluminum boat [Tennessee]

Hi all,

I have a 1993 blue fin spectrum 1509 bass boat. Its aluminum, welded and riveted. It is in need of a new paint job. It has decals and stripping on the sides. I have no idea where to start. I would love to have a pro do the job but i'm not sure how much it would cost so i thought id try. it has a clear or gel coat on it. I guess I need some advice on where to start. How much does it cost to have painted? Do you have a facility near Nashville TN. ? Thanks for your time and attention.
