Looking to Chrome Semi-Bumper - 95"W x 18"T x 5"D [Canada]

I am looking for a shop that is capable of chrome plating a semi truck bumper that is 95"W x 18"T x 5"D. Chrome must be to show vehicle standards. We are also looking for a shop that has an 18" wide belt sander to ensure there are no lines in the chrome on the bumper.
