Need MIL-C-13924 [Ohio]

We have several parts, all of them 300-series SS, with MIL-C-13924 class 4 finishes required.
Our current suppliers are unable to give us consistent colors in the same batch, and they can't seem to get parts to us that are not either coated in oil, or coated in a white powdery residue (salt?).
