Need parylene or non corrosive, non conductive coating for large coil

We need to coat a 700 lb. coil, height 54" diameter 23". There are 18 layers of twin #3 wire with a 1/16" gap. If a large enough chamber exists we could parylene coat it.

We may opt to dip it in a tank to coat but the coating material must not block deionized water flow for cooling.
