White spots decorative chrome after 2 months

Recently we have a problem of having white spots or mold looking like spots appearing our our decorative chrome products after 2-3 months they been electroplated.
These spots can be wipe off with some cloth and the surface beneath doesn't seems popping. The parts are zinc alloy die casting. Can anyone suggest any possible reasons please?

Also could anyone propose a good decorative chrome bath maintenance method to us. As I understand from supplier, chrome bath doesn't need filtering system but what is the good bath maintenance practice for it, many thanks.
