Copper plating (Thick 40-50 micron) on Nickel Iron Wires-Core wire of Welding Rods

+++++++

Can some body suggest to plate copper as above on 3.15 and 4.0 mm dia, 300 and 350 mm long wire pieces. The plating should be adherent. We will prefer a cynide free process. Volume are 10 tonnes per month. With present process which is acidic copper sulphate we can produce very littel and adhesion is not good
