Educational game mfgr. wants to spray paint mdf [India]

We are manufacturers of educational games and we would like to paint mdf forms of 3 to 4 inches size. kindly let us know how to prepare the surface and paint using a spray gun and the process for drying.

Hello, Mahaveer. I think you probably mean the "process for curing" as opposed to the "process for drying"?

People are welcome to respond to your inquiry, but I think you will need to locate a local paint supplier and work with them towards selecting an appropriate paint and pretreatment system, and the equipment to apply it. This is a very broad topic and a response of appropriate length for an internet forum may not be enough to get you started. But good luck.
