Paint is peeling off in sandwich panel fabrication despite passing all lab tests [India]

We have prepainted 300 mt of material and found all properties ok in our laboratory but it is failing at our customer end while making sandwitch panels at the edges where the sheets are T bended under under load.The paint is craking at the bent areas even though ot test was passing in our laboratories.Please suggest.
