Need nickel plating with Teflon [Ohio]

I have acustomer that has run into a problem with rubber stiking to the outside of a LCS Tube that is 4.00" in diameter by 24" in length. They have asked us to see if we can locate someone that can nickel plate with a co-deposit of teflon.
