Seeking Stiffel lamp reconditioning / repair

RFQ: I have an old Stiffel lamp from my mother with the crest No. of
509 on the bottom. It needs some repair. What or where can I go to have this done?

Q. I have a Stiffel lamp that my one year old knocked over. It snapped part of the inside thread. Where could I find the part or find a place to get it fixed. We were also debating on if liquid weld would work; I don't want to mess it up even more.
