Difference between NiP and EN as X-ray calibration standard?

I have some problem when do calibration on the x-ray machine, the matter is to do with the standard thickness plate, some plate sign with 'NiP', then some other standard plate sign EN..what is the same and different?thanks...for information, I used Fisherscope x-ray XDL model..quite old.

If you are measuring electroless nickel, you need a standard of the same phosphorous range as you are depositing. Ideally, you equipment supplier should make a standard from a blank plated in you bath.
