Need polyethylene tank welding services

I am in need of a repair on a PE tank. There is a small stress crack around a molded-in tab. the crack is about 2" in length. I don't think it's anything major but it does leak and need repair. We are in the Philadelphia, Pa area, it's small so it can be shipped.
