Type of finish for aluminum 380 die cast motorcycle peg/handlebar

+++++++

My company is working to design a parts that would be similar to a motorcycle peg/handlebar. We are looking for a light textured "bare" look. As you can imagine, this is a very aestetic part. We would like to use a 380 alloy with a die cast process. We need it to resist corrosion and 2000 hours of UV.

One of our designer has seen that finish on a motorcycles (BMW, Honda to name some) and we believe that they are using a die cast process. How do they acheive that look (clear anodize)? What is the pretreatment they use to succeed this on die cast?

We could consider permanent mold, but this would cost much more. I'm sure my question is simple but our die cast supplier and one of our plater have not been able to answer.
