-----Removing Milling Tool Marks from face of Heaxagon Nut
Hi , We have manufactured some M20 Hexagon Nuts and have milled the hexagon faces from a round bar. The milling process has left some nasty tool marks. What would be the best method to clear these tool marks without harming the hexagon & removing minimum metal.

If tool marks are deep, your best bet is to abrasive blast or tumble blast (hide problem). If a smooth or bright finish is required, then this would be more time consuming and difficult without a mechanical, abrasive process (remove problem).
