Looking for a RoHS compliant, Boeing approved, Chem Film house

Hi,

I am an Estimator for a sheet metal job shop in Southern California and we are looking for a regular supplier who is Boeing approved, does RoHS compliant chem film, and is as local as possible. We don't do a whole lot of parts for the customer who is requiring this but they are insistent on having certification that meets Spar 23 requirements (Boeing approved supplier) and is RoHS compliant for the chem film process.

We can find lots of places that will meet one or two of the requirements but not all three.

Any ideas or suppliers?
