Seeking Zinc Phosphate to meet DOD-P-16232, Type Z, Class 2

I am looking for a source that can provide a zinc phosphate finish that conforms to DOD-P-16232 [ed. note: replaced by MIL-DTL-16232 [from DLA] ], Type Z, Class 2. I would prefer a source in the Northeast, however, I am willing to entertain any and all options. Parts are various sized spring pins, both coiled and slotted. The smallest parts being roughly .062" x .250", the largest .750" x 5.000". My need is immediate as I have product in process that requires this finish.

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
