Adhesion of aluminum on glass and adhesion of gold on aluminum

I want to do aluminum coating of around 1000A on a glass substrate.what is the adhesion of aluminum on glass? after this I want to do gold coating on this aluminum coated glass.can I directly coat gold on aluminum coated glass or I have to coat something else on aluminum for proper adhesion on aluminum.so plz answer me about the adhesion of aluminum on glass substrate and also adhesion of gold on aluminum coated glass.
