Effects on surface friction forces between plastic and zinc coated surface

Hi

I am making a project to reduce assembly forces between a zinc-phosphate coated profile and a o-ring. there is a lubrication on the coated surface. I am planning to make a doe but couldn't decided which parameters to investigate. looking forward for your help.
