What can be the reason for crystallization of sulphuric acid anodizing electrolyte at heat exchangers (plate type) of an industrial anodizing installation?
Parameters:
Concentration: 160 g/l H2SO4 - Al (+3) : 16 g/l
Chiller water temp: 7 deg.Celcius
H2SO4 electrolyte temp: 16 deg.Celcius

You are probably seeing aluminum sulfate crystalize out as your aluminum content is a beit high and it is less soluble at low temperatures.
