How to remove "orange peel" on the surface of nickel electroforming plate [South Korea]

I am graduate student in South of Korea. I research nickel electroforming. My electrolyte is chloride free bath. Sometimes, I can detect orange peel surface after electroforming. Please give me information about avoiding method of the problem.
