Need baths, anodes, chemicals for Tin plating on Copper

We are electrical switchgear manufacturer.
Five years back my company hired expert to arrange copper tin plating process.
As per the plan the equipment were ordered but the gentleman left the country leaving thr things incomplete.

Would you pls guide us if we can set up this facility.

We have
1. Rectifier.
2. Filtration system.

Order for the following was yet to made

1. Baths
2. Anodes
3. Chemicals.

Can you please guide us how to make this facility operative.
