Need nickel-chrome plater in Asia [Wisconsin]

I have a customer that is looking to Ni-Cr plate fasteners(ASTM B456 [link is to spec at TechStreet] ) at thier China facility. My sources have not be able to locate an Asian source. I have only found one supplier in the US for fasteners!!

Anyone familar with Ni-Cr and know of any Asian/Japan sources?
