Need brightness meter for Ag (Silver) plating on lead frames

Dear Sir,

I am looking for a device or meter that can measure the brightness of the Ag Plating on LeadFrames. Currently we are have a standard that is from 0.1, 0.2 till 1.5 GEM that we need to foolow in our process. Please advise is there any non destructive test that can be perform the brightness test?
