Seeking E/N plating on alum drum

We are looking for someone to do e/n plating (.001) on an aluminum drum with # 4 ground finish on O/D. Drum is 38" dia, 72" overall length. Finish is very important and must be maintained in plating process.
Area to be plated is 10" from 1 end and 30" in length x 38" dia. Drum weighs 930 lbs.
