-----Tinting lacquer
Q. I am an artist who has used oil paints for a long time -- however I have been wanting to work with lacquer to build up layers of color and then sand away all or parts of layers to reveal colors underneath -- just like they do with japanese lacquered art objects. very deep and rich -- but I haven't a clue as to what material or formulas I need to color/tint the lacquer itself to build up the colors (paint colors not wood stain colors). Does anyone have any information they would be willing to share with me?
Thanks in advance

We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
