-----Need nickel-silicon/Nikasil plating
I have a commercial application which utilizes a 390 aluminum cylinder, an aluminum piston (4032) and would like to test Nikasil coating on the piston. Looking for a company willing to prototype coat some test samples.

We need the bores of a cast iron Audi block Nikasil coated and precision honed to final size. Normally we wouldn't bother, but this is for a highly boosted application and we are seeking a reduction in friction and increase in wear.
Initially this would be for one block, but success may breed more work.
